Outside - Post and do tasks for your neighbours!

Outside is a community tasking app that allows users to help each other with their daily errands and inconveniences, we are built on geolocation technologies and the concept of "questing" - making it fun and easy for users to both seek and provide assistance to each other!

Inspired by the gaming concept of Quest-ing and built on geolocation, communications and financial technologies, Outside creates a simple and seamless process for users to look for help with their daily inconveniences by putting up a “quest pin” on the map. The hyperlocal app also utilises user’s postal codes and batches them into 28 districts, the same system used by property agents and platforms, ensuring that users are alerted when neighbouring users require assistance.

The app currently facilitates various categories of tasks such as grocery and meal deliveries, fixing, household chores and online administrative tasks while testing the pick up on ad-hoc business jobs such as earning money for completing surveys, data entry and courier services. In order to create a better experience for the Singapore community, the team is currently testing and in discussions with localised payment integrations such as Paylah!, Paynow, Razer Pay and Grab Pay.

Ultimately, Outside seeks to become a community app that enables users to help each other effectively and reliably thus moving toward our vision of a collaborative society that allows everyday problems to be solved by everyday people.
